Wolf in the Storm is a quick and enjoyable read. It has vivid and emotion-evoking imagery, which allowed me to get lost in the story and had me invested in the characters. It offers drama and romance. Adam has had a political union, and yearns for the rush of scenting a mate. Pam is dealing with the emotional baggage of a divorce and losing her job. I adored the attraction between them, and the progression of their relationship. I also appreciated their journey towards their hearts' desire, as well as the epilogue that left me truly happy for them. Looking forward to finding what else is in store for this series.Product details

Lovely story. It was nice to read something other than the same "virgin h, totally fine within 5 min of finding out the H is some form of supernatural, when the world doesn't know they exist" story line.
I'm not complaining, just it was lovely to read something more. A mature woman finally finding her one.
I ready liked this love story. The way that Adam was patient and loving when he helped Pam learned t o love her body and herself was wonderful. Her exe had belittled her and destroyed her self esteem. It is sometimes hard for a big curvy woman to believe a hot man can want them. I love the stories that disprove that idea.
This is the next installment of Skye Jones series Shifters in the Glen and it another good one!
With this one, we finally get Adam's story and I truly enjoyed it. I'm liking this series more and more with each book! Skye has a way of drawing the reader in and making them feel like they are a part of the story.
I recommend this book and series! You won't be disappointed!
Adam's sons gave him a vacation to the coast of Scotland where the beaches are beautiful. He goes to a pub and meets Pamela. They are each reading the same book and begin talking he walks her home and stays with her because she is ill. Pam is recently divorced and her only daughter has moved to Australia. Adam and Pam enjoy each other's company. This is a very special series and I loved all five books.
Really good story and noticeably different from many other shifter/werewolf stories. The primary issue is the development of the relationship between Adam (the shifter) and Pam (the human). There is no violence although it certainly has existed some time in the past and may once again occur in the future - just not in this book. This is the first book I've read in this series. However, if the others are this good, then I'll read all of them.
I pucked up thus series with this book yet didn't feel lost. Ms. Jones gives rough back story to catch the reader up. I really liked the realism of the female protagonist. A divorced mother if an adult child, I could identify with the character. No longer lithe, young or confident after years of her ex husband's bullying she decides to make herself over after meeting a new man. Her doubts and insecurities typical for the situation, I found myself rooting for her as well as going through memories and emotions as the story progressed. I look forward to more.
Absolutely loved this book!!! Wolf in the Storm is the fifth book in the series, Shifters of the Glen. And even though I truly enjoyed each book, this one is my favorite. Maybe because I can see some of myself in Pam. She lovely and doesn't realize it until Adam opens her eyes.
Adam is the alpha of his group of wolfens, he's a born leader- he's just. Even though he can be a bit domineering.
Wolf in the Storm is their story, it's a beautifully told love story with grit.
Can't wait to be wowed with the next book!!!
